An established Center City dental practice with numerous Philadelphia magazine Top Dentists, the goal of Quaker City Dental is to exceed expectations with high-quality, personalized dental care. Their small group of highly trained dentists take the time to get to know you, and their warm office environment will make you feel comfortable and welcome. They provide a comprehensive approach to dental care that's tailored to each patient's interests and needs. Affiliated offices include Noble Dental at 1601 Walnut Street and Race Street Dental Care at 212 Race Street in Old City.
Meet the Doctors
Dr. Baljeet Khaira
Dr. Baljeet Khaira joins us after completing a general practice residency and chief residency at the Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. After graduating from her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, Dr. Khaira obtained her Masters in Arts in Oral Health Sciences from Boston University followed by her DMD at the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. During her time there, she was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honors society. Dr. Khaira has particular interests in implant and restorative dentistry and is focused on providing patients with long lasting relationships and comprehensive care. When outside the office, Dr. Khaira enjoys spending time with her family, trying new recipes, and traveling.
Dr. Ryan Wainwright
Dr. Ryan Wainwright was born and raised in New Orleans, LA and attended college at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology. From there, he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with Radiology Honors at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. As a U.S. Navy Health Professional Scholarship Program recipient, Dr. Wainwright began his career as an Active-Duty Navy Dentist, first providing comprehensive dental care to Sailors and Marines in Jacksonville, NC, and then to Navy Recruits in Great Lakes, IL. Upon completion of his military service in July 2023, Dr. Wainwright moved back to Philadelphia to join the Noble Dental family and is excited to provide dental health care in the community.
Dr. Wainwright works to stay up to date on the latest dental technology and techniques and strives to provide high-quality, minimally invasive, care in an environment that is safe, reassuringly pleasant, and comfortable. Dr. Wainwright is a standing member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, Spear Education, and is a Certified Invisalign Provider.
Outside of the office, Dr. Wainwright enjoys exploring the city with his dog, Archie, playing ice hockey, listening to live music, and spending quality time with family and friends.
