My First Visit
We want every dental visit to be a great experience, starting with your first one. Here's everything you need before your first visit.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and plan to spend between 60–90 minutes in our office. You will receive a comprehensive oral examination and x-rays to help your dentist assess your oral health. Our providers will look for signs of tooth decay, bone loss, oral cancer, and Periodontal (Gum) Disease.
To save you time please bring the following things with you to your appointment: Dental Insurance card (if applicable), Photo ID, Completed Patient Forms.
Financing & Insurance
We can help you maximize your benefits. We recommend that you contact our office prior to your appointment to provide us with insurance information for verification of benefits. We accept most major dental insurances and will file most claims for you as a courtesy. We will provide you with an explanation of your dental benefits and financial responsibilities up front, and work with you to ensure financing, if needed. We work with most insurance companies, so be sure to speak with a representative about your coverage for dental treatments.

Individual Plan
It is NOT dental insurance. It is an in-house membership/savings plan.
There are:
- NO annual maximums
- NO waiting periods
- NO predeterminations
- NO service restrictions
- NO exclusions for pre-existing conditions
It is a straightforward savings plan. Included annually for an individual enrollee on their the standard plan:
- Two (2) prophylaxis visits (cleanings) per year
- One (1) 7 series of x-rays (check up x-rays)
- Two (2) exams with doctor
- One (1) emergency exam with the doctor
- 15% off ANY and ALL other dental services provided (Excluded: Orthodontics, Whitening, and Botox)
- 10% discount for dental implants

$50 off each additional family member sign up
Individual Perio Plan
It is NOT dental insurance. It is an in-house membership/savings plan.
